He is survived by: his brother John Patrick; his stepson Andrew Whittenburg; his wife Page; his son Dan; his stepchildren, Hans Whittenburg and Page Whittenburg; his sisters, Susan Barley (Jeff), Laura Calhoun (Ron), Amy Reza (Oscar) and Ann Hughes (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Kerry Hurd (Paul), Brent Barley (Hiromi), Katie Mayer (Bradley), Patrick Calhoun, Owen Reza, Sophia Reza, Robert Hughes and Samantha Hughes; and his granddaughter Sarah De Leon.
