He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Platzke and Jane Platzke; and his wife Patricia (Northern). He is survived by: his children, Denean Brockmeyer (Brigg), Michelle Richards, Laura Hageman (Lance) and Brian Platzke (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brittney, Lance, Kyle, Sean, Aaron, Noah, Quinn, Lucy, Zane and Deacon; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Brayden and Hudson; and his brother Charles M. Platzke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
