He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Crawford and Cathleen Crawford (Duncan); his wife Betty Barbara Crawford; his children, Gene Crawford (Sue) and Terri Crawford; his sister Janet Crawford; his grandchildren, Barbara Josserand (Antoine), Shanna Cook (Nathan), Gina Erdman (Scott), Amy Townes (John) and Nick Crawford (Christine); and his great grandchildren, Sean Seyler, John, Joshua and Emily Townes.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Cecil's memory.
