He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine; his parents, Pietro DiBona and Phyllis DiBona; and his sister Anne Zacklanovich. He is survived by: his sons, Pete, John and James; his grandsons, Cory DiBona (Shayna) and Aaron DiBona; his great grandchildren, Enzo and Vivian DiBona; and his brother John DiBona.
