She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hurst and Gladys Hurst; and her husband Charles "Chuck" Everly. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Talbott Gaadt (Erik) and Doug Talbott (Susan); and her siblings, Sherry Hurley, Larry Hurst (Edaline) and Freeman Padgett (Lorene). She is also survived by grandchildren, loved stepchildren, dear nieces and nephews.
