He was predeceased by: his father O. Maynard Welch; and his brother Robert Welch. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lou (Alspaugh); his daughters, Cynthia Holmes (Curt) and Kristine McMillen (Dave); his granddaughters, Jessica McMillen and Kayla McMillen; and his brother Larry Welch of Delta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
