He is survived by: his mother Penny Miskar Sr.; his significant other Lori Miskar; his daughter Nicole Bills (Justin); his grandchildren, Alyssa Bills and Logan Bills; and his siblings, Frank Miskar, Dave Miskar and Sue Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
