She is survived by: her husband Donnie Franks; her children, Joseph and Emma Franks; her mother Margaret Lowe; her sister Julia Kimball (Martin); her mother-in-law Evelyn "Boots" Franks; and her siblings-in-law, Kim Franks (Cindy) and Terri Franks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
