She was predeceased by: her husband John West Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ted Murphy, Gary West, Debra West Centrone (Daniel) and Carolyn West Black (Joseph); her grandchildren, John, Gary Murphy, Jonathan, Tiffany, Christopher West, Chad Centrone and Caitlyn Jarvis; and her great grandchildren, Robert and Taryn.
