He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin and Audrey; his son Robby Plogger; and his granddaughter Jori Howley. He is survived by: his wife Marge Thomas (McKeever); his children, Rodney, Renee and Shellee Howley (Gary); his grandchildren, Jesse, Rachel (Brandon Sedgwick), Dane (Kaitlyn) and Tia (Donnie Rambler); and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Kasey, Haleigh, Renley, Rory, Harrison, Leo and Nina.
