He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maag and Hazel Maag; and his siblings-in-law, William, Helen Kerzie and Ronald Timblin.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo; his children, Gary Maag (Patty), Kelli Taylor (Dennis) and Chad Maag (Tonya); his grandchildren, Jacqui (Micah), Bo (Lauren), Andrea (Alan), Holli (Cameron), Natalie, Ashlee (Jake), Conner, David, Maverick and Max; his sister Linda Timblin; his brother-in-law Billy Kerzie (Rhonda); and his aunt Mary Herr. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mogadore Fire Department who supported Gary in many ways throughout the last couple of years.
