He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kordinak and Theresa Kordinak (Haas); his son-in-law Randy Porter; and his siblings, Edward, John, William and Josephine Moyseenko.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Wohlwend; his children, Rose Goodrich (Scott), Jacqueline Porter (Marty Pero), Anne Kordinak, Frank Kordinak (Christine) and James Kordinak (Holly); his grandchildren, Justin Porter (Liz), Kyle Goodrich (Kerri), Jillian Simone (Tony), Kellie and Katie Kordinak; and his great grandchildren, Rhett, Weston, Jameson Simone, Julia, Laura Porter and Caroline Goodrich.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that monetary donations be made, in Frank's name, to the Randolph/Suffield/Atwater Food Shelf, P.O. Box 107 Randolph, OH 44265 or the Stephen A. Comunale, Jr. Family Cancer Foundation.
