He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nicely; his children, Tammy Billhimer (Steve), Michelle Sampson (Mark) and Edward G. Nicely; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Shelby, Korrin, Brooke, Drake and Abby (Levi).
