He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Edwin Cooper and Geraldine Cooper (Pickens); and his brothers, Charles and Darrell. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Donald Cooper (Debbie) and Krista Kristophel (Matt); his grandchildren, Kali (Nate), Megan (Ryan), Joe, Isabel and Mike; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Ava and Wyatt; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Cooper and Elinor Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
