He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Denise Lutz; his grandchildren, David III Lutz (Bethany), Derek Lutz (Cassey), Trisha Lutz, Alisha Lutz, Victoria Templeton and Joshua Lutz; his siblings, Mike Lutz and Judy Pastva; and his brother-in-law Jim Gearhart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many other loving family members and friends.
