He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Penrod and Betty Joanne Penrod; his wife Loretta; and his granddaughter Katherine McVey. He is survived by: his children, Paula McVey (Wayne Jr.), Maggie George (Shawn), Mark Miller (Sherry) and Timothy Miller (Sheila); and his sisters, Denise Somerville (Dennis) and Kristol Smith. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
