He was predeceased by: his wife Marian (White). He is survived by: his son Craig; his daughter-in-law Christy Fullerton; his granddaughters, Tori and Destiny Fullerton; his daughter Carolyn Husk (Butch); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Laura, Megan Glazar, Rachel and Patrick Husk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Youth Ministries of Community Life Church, 106 S. Cleveland Ave., Mogadore, OH 44260.
