She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles R. Harter and Willard L. Cliff; and her siblings, Jack Brooks, Charles Brooks, Marcene Knowles and Dorothy Beach.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Lane (Bill) and Gregory Cliff (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jennifer Wicks (Lester), Jonathan Lane (Trish) and Ethan Cliff; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Landon, Katie, Lilly, Jackson and Declan; and her siblings, Guanita Ellis and Fred Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (Hopkins Lawver, MOGADORE, 330-733-6271).
