Ronald L. Fortkamp Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald L. Fortkamp (Minster, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Fortkamp and Rita Fortkamp (Bernard); his siblings, Josephine Grieshop, Mary, Lee, Ralph and Walter "Doc" Fortkamp; and his parents-in-law, Cletus and Marguerite Griesdorn.
He is survived by: his wife Treva Fortkamp (Griesdorn); his daughter Tegan (Jason Will); his grandchildren, Hadley and Kinsley; his in-laws, Barb, Larry Poppe of McCartyville, Marcia, Ben Tebbe of Maria Stein, Ed Grieshop of Anna, Marilyn Fortkamp of Minster, Linda Fortkamp of New Bremen, Thelma Fortkamp of St. Henry, Jeffrey "China", Rita Griesdorn of St. Rose, Craig and Diane Griesdorn of New Bremen; and his sons, Tuente Trucking, Tim Jacobs, Everman Brothers of Winner's Trucking, Moeller Trucking and Brookside Trucking. He is also survived by family members include siblings.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church (7428 OH-119, Maria Stein, OH 45860).
