It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas R. Hoelscher of Minster, Ohio, born in Fort Loramie, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Louis Hoelscher; his grandson Casey Hoelscher; his siblings, Albert, Lucille Hoelscher, Arnold, Dorothy Hoelscher, Jerome, Pat Hoelscher, Paul Hoelscher, Marlene Hoehne, Lucy Hoelscher, Harold Phlipot and Jim Hoelscher; and his parents-in-law, Urban Hoehne, Martha Arling and Fred Perise.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hoelscher; his children, Kathy (Joe Neumeier) of New Bremen, Rick (Connie Hoelscher) of New Bremen, Judy Rauh of New Bremen, Tim (Becky Hoelscher) and Susan (David Frey); his siblings, Juliana Phlipot, Doris Hoehne, Cyril, Marilyn Hoelscher and Nelson Hoelscher; and his parents-in-law, Judy Hoelscher, Frank, Carol Hoene, Virgil Arling and Katie Schroeder. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
