Cutri Mazzaferro; his daughter Christine Merrick (Ryan); his grandchildren, Justin, Ashley and Zachary Merrick of Bolivar; his siblings, Ron Mazzaferro (Carol) of Wintersville and Melany Wasko of Louisville; and his brother-in-law Paul J. Cutri Jr. (Kathy) of Steubenville.
