He is survived by: his niece Carol Indovina; his great-niece Amy Battocletti; his wife Darlene Blanche Kakascik (Beatty); his children, Thomas Jr. Kakascik (Mary) of Weirton, Stephanie Ballinger (Gary) of Akron and Jeanette Harper of Mingo Jct; his grandchildren, Kristen Kakascik, Kara Kakascik (S. N.), Korey Kakascik of Weirton, Alexa Ballinger of Akron, Riley Ballinger of Akron, Jace Ballinger of Akron and Kali Ann Harper of Akron; and his great-grandparent Kayden Harper.
