He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal William and Pearl Elizabeth Pflugh (Fithen); his daughter Rebecca Lynn Bowman; and his siblings, Grace, Sarah, Ella, Drucilla, Joe, Neal and Rich.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Pflugh (Sole); and his children, Beth Anne Powell of Warren, Neal "Bill" Pflugh (Paula) of Wooster and Dawnelle Ribar (Duke) of Steubenville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
