He was predeceased by: his father Abraham Morris; his siblings, John, Joseph, Abraham G. Jr. and Thomas; his brother-in-law Bob McCartney; and his sisters, Evelyn G. Higgins and Sarah Lowe.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Morris (Heater); his wife Diane Morris (Kaczmarek); his children, Vanessa Moore (Roy Moorehead) of Mingo Jct, Melissa Blanchard (Sean Kerr) of Brilliant, Samuel Jr. Morris (Stephanie) of Erie, PA and Eric Morris of St. Clairsville; his grandchildren, Kirsten Moore (Steven Green) of Martins Ferry, Savannah Moore of Toronto, Isaiha Morris of Mingo Jct, Abigail Morris of Brilliant, Braden Montroy-Morris of Erie, PA, Alyssa Morris of Erie, PA, Sammy Morris of Erie, PA and Emily Morris of Mingo Jct; his pet Ziggy; his siblings, Alice Watson (Butch) of Wallace, WV, Dorothy McCartney of Lumberport, WV and James Morris of Wallace, WV.; and his family, Ray and Sarah.
