He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Davis and Rosemarie Davis; his wife Mildred Davis (Keeder); and his son Jason O. Davis. He is survived by: his children, Mark Davis, Terri Clevenger, Judy Hopkins (Lewis) and Kathi Delp; his grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Clevenger, Jamie Grant, John Grant, Jordan Grant, D. J. Delp, Bridget Hilliard and Zack Davis; and his great grandchild Brian Clevenger.
