He is survived by: his children, Joshua Stewart of Martins Ferry, Kimberley Jones (Brad) of Toronto and Elizabeth Cutri (Joe) of Mingo Jct; his siblings, Richard Sirback (Regina) of Weirton, Vincent Sirback III of Muncie, IN, Veronica Allison (Thomas) of Sealy, TX and Evelyn Madigan (Joe) of Haymarket, VA.; and his grandchildren, Kylie Stewart and Joey Cutri.
