She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Coulter and Anna Coulter (Melko). She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Zimmerman (Wayne) of Mingo Jct, Robert Kolling of Mingo Jct, Chuck Kolling (Debra) of Mingo Jct, Ethel Wilson of Steubenville and Jeffrey Kolling of Richmond; her grandchildren, Nicole, Shawn Kolling, Michael, Frank, Anthony Russell, Ashley and Jeffrey Jr. Kolling; and her sister Patricia Brandt (Robert) of Steubenville.
