She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry David and Phyllis Zornes (Ewing) of Virginia; and her sisters, Connie Bright and Crystal Cagog. She is survived by: her sons, Emmett Jr. Blanchard (Pauline) of Mingo Jct and David Carl Blanchard (Virginia) of Wintersville; her grandchildren, Briona Lynn Blanchard of Emmett Blanchard, IV and Ava Jean Blanchard; and her siblings, Diana Arnold, Melissa Alison and Tony Harding.
