He was predeceased by: his parents, Santi Leonard and Rosalie Muscaro Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Lina Maley Leonard; his stepchild Kelly Relyea (Greg); his stepgrandchildren, Tracy Kromalic (John) and Lisa Donofe (Steve); his sister Mary Rose Lorenc (Jack); and his grandchildren, Emily, John Joseph (Samantha), Matthew Kromalic, Ava, Reena, Lola Donofe, Kai and Austin Relyea.
In lieu of flowers , Joe asks that contributions be directed to the East Liverpool Elks, 620 Broadway St, East Liverpool , Ohio 43920 for cerebral palsy.
