He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Fisher and Maude Baer Fisher; his son Jon; his brother Carl "Dude" Fisher; and his nephew Leo Buffone.
He is survived by: his significant other Missy Talamonti; the mother of his children Carol Roof Fisher; his children, James Fisher (Patty) of Centerville, VA, Jeffrey Fisher (Laura) of New Manchester, WV, Joan Fisher (Companion Eric Reszke) of Mingo Jct and Jackie Reinacher (Paul) of Mingo Jct; and his sister Llelia Buffone (Leo) of Steubenville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
