She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cassidy and Velma Cassidy (Stewart); her son Thomas Joseph Porter; and her siblings, Pam Mazalic and Tom Cassidy.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Bill Minch; her daughters, Tammie D. Neurohr of Steubenville and Debra Licata (Jeffrey) of Pittsburgh; her grandson Matthew Ferrari (Nicole) of Pittsburgh; her great grandchild Lorenzo Ferrari; and her siblings, Jim Cassidy (Karen) and Nancy Mosser (Jeff) of Pinneyfork.
