He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kathleen Cook; his brothers, David Roscoe and Danny Roscoe; his grandchildren, David Cook, Jr. and Heather Nicole Cook; his great grandchildren, Aaron David Cook, Ryan Noah Cook and Leeland Core; and his pet Trouble. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
