With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Wayne McClelland Sr. of Mingo, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2022 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank Wayne McClelland Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Culp and Maxine Wanda McClelland (Cline); his wife Dianna McClelland (Pettibon); and his brothers, Earl and Dennis "Gumby" McClelland.

He is survived by: his sons, Frank McClelland Jr. (Diana) of Malvern, Paul McClelland (Tommie Matello) of Mingo Jct and John McClelland (Marya) of Mingo Jct; his stepdaughter Linda Anderson (Joseph); and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Tober (Jeff) and Carla Kendall (Dave).

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Frank's name to Southern Care Hospice, 100 Welday St. Suite G, Wintersville, OH 43953.
