She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tweedy and Elizabeth Tweedy (Walters); her husband David Harkins; her grandson David 'Rum Morris; her great grandchild Nathinal Morris; and her siblings, Zelda Fithen, Ruth Hellock, Irma Taylor, Charles, Wilbur and Herman Tweedy.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Kovarik (Brad) of Smithfield, OH, Charlotte Monogioudis (Jim) of Mingo Jct, Rhonda Phillippi (Dino) of Rayland and Dwain Harkins (Paula) of Rayland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren.
