It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Rouse Sr. of Mingo, Ohio, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rouse and Jessie Rouse (Lodge); his son Don Rouse Jr.; and his siblings, Robert, William, George, Ronald, Joe, Scotty, Maryann Light, Jeanie Smith and Harriet "Pooch" Stacey.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Starkey (Gary), Janie Blocker (Tim) of Wintersville Ohio and Lorne Rouse.
