He was predeceased by: his father Elza Buck; and his siblings, Jim, Martin, Bobbie, Billie, Eugene Hanlin, Thelma Abshire, JoAnn Wilson and Mary Lou Calaway.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Hanlin (Crawford); his daughters, Brenda Lee Hanlin (John) of Wintersville and Trina Brown (Aaron) of Steubenville; his grandson Dalton Lee Rose of Steubenville; and his brother David John Hanlin of Wintersville.
