He was predeceased by: his father Donald Dean Fogle Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Catherine Fogle (Durfee); his children, Ann Marie Fogle of Mingo Jct, Doenisha-Smith Tannous (Darrin) of Georgia and Vanya Smith (Emily Ault) of Bergholtz; his grandchildren, Abigail, Bethel and Joshua Tannous; and his siblings, Lon Fogle (Audra) of Malvern, Jon Fogle (Autumn) of Perrysville and Julie Fogle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
