He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cilli and Jesse Orsini Cilli; his former wife Helen McDonough Cilli; his son Thomas Cilli; and his siblings, Anthony Cilli, Mary Kucer and Ann Wargacki.
He is survived by: his children, John (Sandy) of Steubenville and Diana Rafiani of Weirton; his sisters, Jean Grishkevich of Follansbee and Lillian Parmenter of Mingo Jct; and his grandchildren, Tonette Pasela, Nicole Valles, John Cilli, Christina Healey and Stacia Knierim.
