She is survived by: her husband Robert Charles Elliott; her son Dylan Tyler Haines of Mingo Jct; her stepdaughter Taylor Morgan Elliott; and her siblings, Gale Dossett, Debbie Kolling (Chuck), William Haines (Lynn) of Wintersville, George Haines and David Haines (Carol) of Mingo Junction.
