With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene Brown of Mingo, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlene Brown to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Moore and Wilma McCann Moore; and her husband James Brown. She is survived by: her children, James Brown of West Chester, OH and Becky DeChristopher (Lou) of Bloomingdale; her brothers, Jerry Moore (Judy) of Wintersville and Brian Moore (Jo Ann) of Fort Myers, FL; her grandchildren, Jimmy, Matthew, Katie Brown and Brianna DeChristopher; and her pet Rosebud.
