She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Testa and Josephine Sperduti Testa; her husband Earl Westlake Sr.; and her siblings, Angela Wiesner and Tulio Testa.
She is survived by: her children, Earl (Kelly) and Brenda Mamula of Mingo Jct; her niece Diane Wilhoite; her granddaughters, Kasey Mamula and Kaitlyn (Gary Martin Jr); her great grandchildren, Sadie, Scarlett, Shelbie and Wesley Earl; and her pets, Lukey and Piper.
