He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ely (Pickford); his children, Chris Forrester (Lisa) of Mingo Junction, OH and Courtney Sanders (Milo) of Wintersville, OH; and his grandchildren, Noah, Madelyn Forrester, Myla and Sophia Sanders.
