He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Edward" "Pap" and Helen V. O'Dell (Smith); and his sisters, Linda K. Gardner and Barbara J. Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. O'Dell (Wheeler); his children, Sue Ann O'Dell (John Fields) of Steubenville, OH and Rusty O'Dell (Cherie) of Weirton, WV; his brother Edward O'Dell (Ola) of Steubenville, OH; his grandchildren, Andrew Lee, Zachary Luke O'Dell, Madison Fields and Ian O'Dell; and his great grandchildren, Aaralynn O'Dell and Ashton Russell O'Dell.
