He is survived by: his parents, Jody Leek and Teresa Leek (Montes) of Mingo Junction, OH.; his siblings, Elizabeth Raynor (Jason) of Raleigh, NS, Vanessa Leek of Mingo Junction, OH and Jesse Leek of Steubenville, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Madison, Peyton, Cameron, Calista, Isabella and Holden.
