He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Watts and Naomi R. Pavlik (Johns); his stepparents, John A. "Art" Pavlik and Beverly Watts; his sisters, Pamela Dawn Bjelac (Pavlik) and Sharyl Watts; and his half-brother John Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Watts (Gallagher); his daughters, Vickie D'Ortenzio (Vince) of Steubenville, OH, Renee Davis (Fred) of Bloomingdale, OH and Lynee Kahuri (Steven) of Richwood, WV; his brother Stephen Pavlik (Kathleen) of Mingo Junction, OH; his grandchildren, Gabriel D'Ortenzio (Jen), Luca D'Ortenzio (Emily), Trista Cline (Steve) and Courtney Davis-Kaufman (Brenden); and his great grandchildren, Enzo, Nina D'Ortenzio, Hailey, Beckett and Silas Kaufman.
