He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown R. See and Geraldine See (Steele); his siblings, James See and Patricia Snyder; his great grandchild Mackenzie Nicole Smith; and his sister-in-law Rochelle Bouchet.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra See (Redin); his children, Douglas Smith of Mingo Jct, Sherri D'Ulisse (Tony) of Follansbee and Denise Smith of Wintersville; his grandchildren, Dillon Smith (Christina), Kara Smith, Krista and Domenic D'Ulisse; his great grandchildren, Lucien and Leo Smith; his brother Gary See of Brilliant; and his pets, Buddy, Lexi and Remi.
