He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jay and Jennie Conkle. He is survived by: his daughters, Senica Conkle of Steubenville and Sarina Conkle of East Palestine; and his grandchildren, Sareigha Gallagher, Alexzandra Conkle and Jaelynn Blake.
