He is survived by: his wife Audrey Fleming (Williams); his children, Richard Alrend Fleming (Jenna) of Edgewater, FL, Amy Sciarra of Mingo Junction, OH and Annette Fleming of Mingo Junction, OH; his daughter-in-law Billie Jo Fleming of Steubenville, OH; and his grandchildren, Kristy Garman (Ryan), Faith Townsend (Justin), Jennifer Swanson (Gary, Jr.), Tiffany Fleming, Brandy Hutchinson (William), Amber, Casey, Jason Fleming, Fred Bay IV (Tasha), Ashlea Sciarra (Galen McGhee), Kimberly Jones (Brad) and Elizabeth Cutri (Joe).
