He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Crugnale and Julia Crugnale (Baldwin). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jeanne Crugnale (DiPillo); his daughters, Kimberly Crugnale of Mingo Junction, OH and Tracy Ziarko (David) of Steubenville, OH; his grandsons, Derek and Drake Ziarko; his brother Matthew Crugnale (Elisabeth) of Carmel; and his nephews, David, Mark and Tim Crugnale.
