It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Normalee Walker of Mingo Junction, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman "Mack" McElfresh and Ruth McElfresh (Chichester); her husband Ralph M. Walker; her siblings, Dean, Richard McElfresh and Joanne McElfresh; her grandson Jonathan Herrick; and her foster daughters, Tommi Semenis and Sherry Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Walker of Richmond, OH and Kim Leas (Brian) of Mingo Junction, OH; her great grandchild Jonathan Herrick, Jr.; and her foster son Robert West (Donna) of Durham, NC..
